Michael Stephens was born and raised in south Texas. He then moved to Arkansas where he attended the University planning to study photography. While in college, Michael worked as a Youth Ministry Intern and Prayer & Worship Leader. He released his first worship album in 2004. The Lord prompted him to leave the University and pursue the desire to be in full time ministry. He moved to Kansas City and graduated from IHOP University with a 4-Yr Diploma of Theological Studies with a focus in Apostolic Preaching and Biblical Foundations. He is a gifted teacher and speaker; his skilled communication allowing his ministry to span from high school summer camps to international groups of businessmen.

His desire in ministry is to see people fall in love with Jesus on a continual basis; know how He feels about them, and to encounter Him in every sphere of life. He is passionate to see reformation in high schools and college campuses and see the economy reformed by people living out their lives as passionate lovers of Jesus. Michael’s books include the titles “Facilitating Encounter (a handbook to the prayer room)” and “Coffee Shop Prophecies”. Michael met and married the love of his life Kailee in Kansas City while they were both in Bible School. Kailee is gifted in the area of teaching and speaking as well. They have been married for 4 years and have two young daughters Emerson & Finley.
